- Open eobee on your phone.
- Tap the Settings gear in the top-right.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. This removes your user record, uploaded documents, claims, appeals, chat history, and audit trails from our servers.
If you can't open the app for any reason, email marcus.salinas@jippylong12.xyz from the address on your account and we'll run the deletion manually.
