Your data, your call

Delete your eobee account.

You can remove your eobee account and all associated data permanently, either from inside the app or by emailing us. Deletion takes effect immediately.

Option 1 - from inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open eobee on your phone.
  2. Tap the Settings gear in the top-right.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm. The app signs you out immediately.

Option 2 - by email

If you can't open the app for any reason, email marcus.salinas@jippylong12.xyz from the address on your account. We'll verify ownership and complete the deletion within 72 hours (usually same-day).

What gets deleted

  • Your user record (email, profile fields, consent timestamps).
  • Your uploaded insurance cards, plan PDFs, and EOB files in Cloud Storage.
  • Every claim, appeal, report, and chat message tied to your account.
  • Your Firebase Auth identity.

What we retain (and why)

  • Audit events (action-level metadata, no content) are retained for the period required by the FTC Health Breach Notification Rule. These logs contain only action names and document identifiers - no PHI, no file contents.
  • Aggregate, non-identifying usage counters (API call counts, token spend) stay in our ops dashboards after the user-identifying row is severed.

This can't be undone.

Once the deletion completes, we can't restore your data from backups. Export anything you want to keep before you delete.
